BTO Exhibitions anticipates biggest Ukraine food show

EUROPE - BTO Exhibitions has claimed this year’s Food Produce Ukraine will surpass its two previous shows following reports the Ukrainian consumption of fruit and vegetable has almost doubled over the past 10 years.
 
BTO Exhibitions expects to attract more than 5,000 visitors, including buyers and decision makers. More than 160 companies from 20 countries will be exhibiting at the event, running from 26-28 November at the International Exhibition Center (IEC), Ukraine.
 
“Fresh Produce Ukraine is aimed at producers of fruits and vegetables as well as companies that supply all the elements of technology, post-harvest handling, storage and packaging of fruits and vegetables and exporters of fresh produce supply,” said Kuno Jacobs at BTO Exhibitions.
 
The exhibition will run concurrently with market information consultancy company Fruit Inform’s two-day conference Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine, featuring more than 30 supermarket chains and importers.
 
The 2012 event attracted 4,600 visitors.
 
In other regional news, Ukraine’s Baby Fashion 2013 will run concurrently with the Baby Toy event and Baby & Mother Health at IEC.
