Emerald Expositions Events, Inc has today announced the pricing of its initial public offering.
The company says its initial public offering will consist of 15.5 million common shares, priced at $17.00 per share.
It is seeking 10.3 million shares, and certain stockholders of a company affiliated with onex corporation are selling 5.1 million shares.
Emerald will not receive proceeds from the sale of shares by selling stockholders, it's reported.
