Exhibition marketing shifting to digital World

Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR)’s Cost to Attract Attendees Report has highlighted attendee marketing trends. The report, sample statistics from which feature in the orange box to the right, provides metrics on spending and marketing mix allocation for exhibition attendee promotions, as well as the marketing tactics found to be most effective in driving attendance.

“Organisers can compare their attendee promotion spend and marketing mix practices with industry trends,” said CEIR CEO Cathy Breden.

CEIR has broken out the benchmark statistics by key exhibition metrics. Marketing mix by tactics is also examined, identifying which tactics are found to be most effective in driving attendance.
