Two remaining May dates for ETT Club

The Exhibition Think Tank Club’s latest upcoming events include a micro workshop on 25 May. Co-founder of EXPOCAST, Mike Frost is the speaker and will address the topic, ‘Does your recruitment process really bring in the right skills and experience?’

Questions to be covered include: Why has hiring changed in the last couple of years? What happens during the recruitment process? Candidate objections and objectives, what is the market saying? How to retain talent? And, How to offer work-life balance and career progression?

Taking with them a lot of knowledge, many professionals have left the exhibition industry, so ETT Club says it is key to find the right people and increase diversity in the workforce, with upskilling becoming more important than ever to be prepared for the next crisis.

On 27 May ETT will run another of its Executive Briefings online sessions. These are designed to provide a holistic update on the key innovations, trends and solutions that have been discussed and developed during all ETT sessions over the previous quarter. Content will be presented in a condensed and easy to digest slide format, covering strategy conclusions, quick wins and long-term impacts on the industry. Details here
