Easyfairs releases “A Journey into the Future of Events”

International exhibition organiser Easyfairs has released a new activity report titled “A Journey into the Future of Events”.

The report highlights recent developments in Easyfairs business, and explores the drivers of change in the events industry. It concludes that people will always want to meet face to face, regardless of innovations in technology.

Easyfairs has made several strategic acquisitions, including the All About Automation (AAA) and Forum Maschinenbau (FMB) industrial trade show series in Germany, Packaging Première in Italy, Building Holland in the Netherlands and Futurebuild in the United Kingdom.

It has extended its “Heroes” network of events for fans of comics, sci-fi and fantasy, with the acquisition of Made in Asia and Retro Made in Asia.

Easyfairs has also expanded it events portfolio organically through geocloning. Its School Education Transformation Technology (SETT) event, pioneered in Sweden, was recently launched in Namur and Ghent, Belgium.

In addition to its events business, Easyfairs also serves as venue manager for a venue which it opened in 2019. Åbymässan, in Gothenburg, serves the Swedish city’s metropolitan area.

The publication of the report coincides with a relaunch of the company’s corporate website, www.easyfairsgroup.com
