VOK DAMS.Consulting claims first social media event monitor

GERMANY – International events and live marketing communications agency VOK DAMS.Consulting claims to have launched the first social media event monitor.

The monitor is a controlling tool for evaluating the effectiveness of social media measures.
 
The agency says Web 2.0 applications play a crucial role for a rising number of events and the monitor enables organisers and planners to find out what guests, visitors and participants think about their event.
