UBM has appointed Warren Finegold as a non-executive director with effect from 19 May 2017.
Finegold is the former group strategy and business development director of Vodafone Group plc. He spent the first 20 years of his career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and then at UBS.
Finegold remains an adviser to the Vodafone Group and from 1 August 2017 will become a director of Inmarsat plc. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of VodafoneZiggo Group Holding BV and Avast Holding BV.
