CHINA - Euro Asia Premier Real Estate Company has completed the primary shell and roof work at the new Training and Exhibition Centre complex in Weifang.
The Training and Exhibition Centre comprises a 15-storey main building centred around a 27,361sqm exhibition hall (gross). The property will also be used as a five-star hotel and conference centre.
Work on the building, which will be operated by NIW Real Estate, Euro Asia's operating subsidiary in the People's Republic of China, commenced in July last year and is expected to be completed in December 2010 for an official opening early in 2011.
Euro Asia’s chairman, Sun XiYi, says the company has so far invested CNY 25m (US $3.6m) in the project, and said the project is currently “well in line” with its budget of CNY 52m for the whole premise. “We are looking forward to start operating the building early 2011 in order to generate additional cash flows for the group."
