ETT Club continues ‘Journey to reopen the exhibition industry’ series with two May sessions

As part of its project ‘Journey to reopen the exhibition industry’, the Exhibition Think Tank (ETT) Club is continuing its series of panel discussions covering various aspects of event tech and event services, designed to help and support the industry.

In the 11 May session (2pm UK Time), ‘How Event Tech Can Remove Barriers to Exhibiting – Part 1’, four international speakers include: Grip CEO and founder Tim Groot; Crowd Connected commercial director, Mark Maydon; Konduko CEO Matt Harris and GES account director, Gerard Conway. They will be introduced by the ‘Tech for better events’ group leaders Guy Garside, Matthew Funge, Anthony Smith, Ian Tomson-Smith and Niall Thompson for an online session designed to show you how event tech can restore exhibitor confidence, remove barriers to exhibiting and get the industry moving.

The 13 May ETT Club panel discussion, also at 2pm UK Time, will explore the theme, ‘Event Services for the Recovery and Reopening of the Event Industry’.

From training-education, marketing, logistics, stand construction, digital/matchmaking services, consultancy, lobbying and other services, the idea of this online panel session is to promote different event services important for the reopening and recovery of the event industry.

Joining this panel, hosted by Event Thinkers, will be Jordi Estruga, Guest events operations director, Fira Barcelona; Ken Holsinger, senior VP strategy, digital and data solutions, Freeman, and Ravinder Sethi, chairman and MD, R.E. Rogers India.
