Cincinnati holiday show in the marketplace

Ohio-based B2C exhibition organiser Marketplace Events has acquired the Cincinnati Holiday Market from Hart Productions in the USA.

The annual show attracts 350 exhibitors and the acquisition comes less than three years after the company purchased the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show from Hart Productions. Since acquiring the home show in 2017, Marketplace Events has grown the home show attendance by 21%.

Toni Garbo, manager of the home show, which runs February 22 through March 1, will also oversee the holiday show, scheduled for 13-15 November, 2020.  
Marketplace Events’ acquisition is the 13th since being purchased by Sentinel Capital Partners in 2016.  

The company now produces 76 shows in 34 markets including 51 consumer home shows in the US, 16 in Canada, six holiday shows, two bridal shows and one spring boutique.
