ASIA - Hong Kong-based Mega Expo has launched a new trade show aimed at the lighting and electronics industries in China and global markets.
The Lighting and Consumer Electronics Exhibition will be held at Poly World Trade Center Expo, Pazhou, Guangzhou, China on 14-17 April and 14-17 October.
The inaugural event will showcase lighting products, consumer electronics, electrical home appliances, telecom and computer products. It will be timed to coincide with the peak buying timeslots in April and October, said a spokesman from the organiser.
Mega Expo also organises the annual October two-part trade fair, MEGA SHOW Part 1 and 2 in Asia, as well as a number of Asian-themed overseas trade shows, including Asia Expo-Las Vegas in the US, Asia Expo-Singapore in Singapore and Asia Apparel Expo-Berlin in Germany.
Last year, UBM Sinoexpo partnered with the Guzhen Town Government of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province to manage the operation of its international lighting exhibition.
