Endeavor Business Media builds with acquisition of Construction Business Media

In its fourth acquisition of the year, Nashville, US-based Endeavor Business Media has acquired Construction Business Media, of Illinois. The company publishes Architectural Products, and Architectural SSL magazines. The deal will complement the building, construction and lighting portfolio at Endeavor which was founded in 2017 and publishes in 20 B2B market verticals reaching a claimed monthly audience of 9m professionals. Terms were not disclosed.

With the recent acquisition of Interiors + Sources, BUILDINGS, and the BOMA trade show partnership, Endeavor executive vice-president Reggie Lawrence added that, “Endeavor will now provide comprehensive coverage of the architectural design and buildings’ facilities marketplace to our growing audience.”
