Event technology supplier D2i Systems is growing its team in the Middle East, by appointing Mohamed Bahgat as Sales Manager in the region.
Bahgat, who will be based in the Dubai branch, will focus on developing new business in the Middle East for D2i Systems, whose client list already includes Messe Frankfurt Middle East, amongst others.
He will work largely on promoting the usage of ‘Engage’, D2i’s event management platform. Bahgat previously worked as an event manager for Reed Exhibitions in Dubai.
Bahgat said: “I am hoping that with my years of experience in the region and my passion for the exhibition and events industry, I can put D2i Systems and Engage on the local radar and become a major player in the software solution sector. This region has a lot to offer and has a great potential for a product like Engage, so I am looking forward and hopeful to be part of this great venture.”
