TECA (The Event Complex Aberdeen), Scotland’s brand new state-of-the-art events venue, has just launched its website. It can be found here.

Opening in summer 2019, the £333 million development, being delivered by Aberdeen City Council in partnership with Henry Boot Developments, will replace the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC).

It will feature 48,000sqm of multi-purpose event space including world-class conference and exhibition halls, an arena, hospitality boxes and a contemporary restaurant.

Louise Stewart, Head of Marketing at TECA, said: “It’s great to reach another milestone in the planning for TECA. Our new website has been developed with TECA’s various audiences in mind.  Whether it’s planning a conference for 5000, a consumer or trade exhibition, a meeting, arena show or attending an event at TECA, the new website will have the information you need.”

TECA worked with local company FortyTwo Studio, to develop the website. It was a conscious decision to support an Aberdeen based business and was beneficial to be able to take advantage of the local knowledge the team demonstrated during the initial stages of selection.

Mark Kemp, Managing Director at FortyTwo Studio, added: "It's an exciting time for Aberdeen and the wider region as we witness a raft of new inspiring and game-changing developments such as TECA.

"It was a pleasure to help support the team to create a standout digital platform that not only highlights the venues incredible offering, but also supports their long term ambition and vision for making Aberdeen a 'must visit' destination for all.”
