International Confex returns to Olympia London, 2-3 March 2016, under the banner of ‘Ideas Factory: Innovation that shapes the industry’.
This year the show, which co-locates with the Event Production Show and The PA Show, is also part of UK Events Week, where Mastercard has confirmed one of the stand out sessions. Its head of European brand activation is flying in from Italy to host a Q&A session for organisers.
Other events will include a CEO Dinner and two breakfast sessions before Confex on the Wednesday and Thursday, one looking at technology innovation and the second looking at the latest new private dining and restaurant venues.
The association programme is looking strong again after the show delivered 350 association buyers in 2015 through its partnership with Association Network.
Tourism Ireland will be supporting a pre-event dinner before the show, and Southport Conferences will be sponsoring the day’s content.
Confex continues to develop its partnerships within the UK industry. Following on the tail of the partnership with MPI UK&I and its CMP programme, the show has confirmed a partnership with ISES UK to support the event tech hub and The Meetings Industry Association once again hosts its AIM Pavilion, while EVCOM holds its annual board meeting at the show.
