SWEDISH EASYFAIRS FOOD SHOWS TASTE HEALTHY VISITOR RISE
posted on: 22/2/2012 10:26:23
MalmoMassan RESIZED

Easyfairs has reported its two co-located Swedish food shows registered a 55 per cent visitor increase.

Fastfood and Cafe and Restaurangexpo had 3,970 visitors on 15 and 16 February in the newly-opened MalmöMässan venue run by easyFairs’ sister company Artexis Nordic.

“Bringing the shows together at the fabulous MalmöMässan proved to be a successful move and one that has put easyFairs on the map in Scandinavia’s food industry,” said easyFairs Sweden’s marketing manager Susanne Hallencreutz.

This year’s biggest trends were take-away health products such as protein and vitamin-enriched drinks.

Artexis, the Belgian owner of low-cost organiser easyFairs, created its Nordic division last year to consolidate its presence in the Scandinavian events market.
