REAL ESTATE FAIR MOVED TO LENEXPO
posted on: 27/1/2012 14:49:34
St Petersburg RESIZED

EUROPE - ExpoForum JSC, owner of Lenexpo, has signed a deal with Russian organiser Vistavka to hold the 24th edition of the Real Estate Fair in St Petersburg.

The biannual event takes place from 30 March until 1 April 2012 in pavilions 7 and 8 of Lenexpo, organised with the support of the St Petersburg and Leningrad region governments.

Previously held at the St Petersburg Sports and Concert Hall, the Real Estate Fair has 400 exhibitors with 30,000 visitors.

ExpoForum will be the operator of the Lenexpo exhibition complex until the end of 2013. “As of today, this is the only special purpose area for such large exhibition events in St Petersburg, therefore the organisation of the exhibition in Lenexpo is a new stage of development of our project," said exhibition general director Olga Shuldiner.

The Real Estate Fair currently occupies 11,000sqm and includes three independent exhibition projects: City Real Estate; Foreign Real Estate Salon, and Cottages and Country Construction.

The 2012 spring edition of the event takes place in the same period as the St Petersburg International Property Show, which is hoped to provide visitor crossover that will increase attendance at both events.

Expoforum recently became a member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).
