The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) helds its 57th Congress in Dubai 10-14 November. A new President, Interim CEO and 10 awards to leading women in the sector were highlights, as well as four days of content-driven sessions and keynotes. The social highlight was the gala evening in the desert.
