New chatbot ‘Jawab’ feature unveiled by ADNEC

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced the launch of an online chatbot platform ‘Jawab,’ which has been created to respond directly to event-related questions from exhibitors, organizers and visitors.

Additionally, this new service responds to customer inquiries and provides complete information about Abu Dhabi’s events industry, whilst aiming to enhance customer happiness and satisfaction levels.

With this launch, ADNEC becomes the first venue in the MENA (Middle Eastern and North African) region to launch this feature for the exhibitions and conferences sector.

The company will launch the trial stage of the chatbot during the Middle East Games Conference 2018 which will run from 25th to 27th October 2018 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, initially in Arabic and English. They aim to reveal the next stage of ‘Jawab’ during IDEX (International Defence Exhibition) 2019.

‘Jawab’ will work through three platforms, ADNEC website, Al Ain Convention Centre website, and in the near future, Facebook Messenger.
