Hawthorn, one of the largest live technical event production companies in the UK, has been acquired by PSAV, a provider in the global event technology services industry.
The acquisition, PSAV said, delivers on its vision to connect and inspire people around the globe with impactful meeting and event experiences.

Founded more than 30 years ago by its managing director Martin Hawthorn (pictured left), Hawthorn is an award-winning creative technical event production company offering creative design, production, lighting, audio, video, staging, power distribution and rigging services in the UK.

Working with long-term clients, Hawthorn is known for producing events in a wide range of venues that connect technology with creativity. The company also has a strong and growing presence in the theatre and concert touring market within the UK.
Hawthorn, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSAV, will continue to operate under the Hawthorn brand name. Martin Hawthorn and his senior team will remain in place and continue to execute on their growth plans.
