UFI and Explori are inviting event directors to participate in a global study into the attitudes and behaviours of event organisers.

Specialist exhibition research agency Explori is working in partnership with UFI to build a complete picture of the experience of exhibitors around the world.  As part of this project, they are looking to conduct depth interviews with event directors on trade shows of all sizes and maturities.

This exhibitor insight will build on the 2016 research published by UFI and Explori on the visitor experience in the major expo markets.

Mark Brewster, Explori CEO, said: “Last year’s report was the industry’s first major piece of research on the satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy of the visitors on our show floors.  It helped increase the focus on customer experience and the essential role it plays in the sustainable growth of our industry.

"This year we turn our attention to exhibitors and seek to understand the key behaviours of organisers in determining the exhibitor experience.  We are reaching out to trade show directors to ask them to give a small amount of time to support this important piece of research.”

Telephone interviews will take no more than 20 minutes and responses will be treated in the strictest confidence.

The initial findings of the report will be presented at the 84th UFI Global Congress in Johannesburg in November.

Event directors who would like to put themselves forwards to take part in the study should email project coordinator Lauren Martingell l.martingell@explori.com
