Food falls into three broad categories: low risk (something like a boiled sweet in a wrapper). High risk products (something like raw chicken). Some stands require three separate sinks and preparation areas. The rules add a level of complexity but they also add significant cost. As an exhibition organiser we need to be on the lookout for innovative solutions to keep the exhibitor costs as low as possible.
Support the cause
Many of our exhibitors are new to the world of exhibitions and require a lot of support to be able to maximise the opportunity. We provide an extensive exhibitor manual, video, leaflets, webinars and training days to help them.
The La Parade Restaurant is at the heart of many of our shows and all the shows have chef competitions. Creating these attractions is much more expensive than a standard stage type set up. We demonstrate our commitment to making the show great by continuing to provide these popular attractions.
