UFI's first day of its Open Seminar in Asia kicked off today (23 March).
This year’s theme is “Adapting and Upgrading” and it built on the Congress programme in Shanghai. Some 250 delegates from across Asia and around the globe attended.
Speakers included Explori’s Mark Brewster discussed the latest research examining what drives visitor satisfaction. Elsewhere, Adam Charles from Freeman XP took to the stage. Charles provided insight into the latest innovations in event formats.
Other highlights included a Singaporian-inspired buffet and an invite for delegates to take to the stage, prompting a unique photo opportunity.
A tour of host venue Suntec was also arranged.
