Luxury British brands set for Shanghai World

Media 10 is set to bring a slice of British life to the biggest luxury consumer market in the world, with the support of the British Government.

The Best of British will showcase British consumables including food, drink, fashion, design and culture.

Taking place from the 19-22 October in the SEC Shanghai, the event is billed as a platform for premium British brands looking to tap into the largest consumer market for international luxury goods.

With a population in excess of 24.2 million, Shanghai is the largest in China and the world. With a GDP over £238bn set to rise by seven per cent by 2018.

Media 10 is experiencing success elsewhere, including its Design Shanghai exhibition, which now ranks as the fourth most attended design exhibition in the world after only three years.

Finally, Media 10 was the only company selected to organise the Coronation Festival at the Gardens of the Buckingham Palace by appointment of HRH Queen Elizabeth II, which demonstrates the company’s unrivalled understanding of British and Chinese markets.

The new hybrid event is designed to attend to consumers and trade, with the support of the British Government.
